Web-UI

The web-component of ARC Metadata Registry application provides three search functions.

ARC Metadata Search
-------------------

The search page for ARC Metadata lists the latest ARCs that are either created new or updated across the DataHUBs. The web-page provides the following search options to refine the ARCs and also provides a direct link to the ARC in the DataHUB, i.e., direct Gitlab URL to the ARC.

  #. ARC Version
  #. Username
  #. Email ID
  #. Dates

ISA Search
----------

The ISA search works similar to the ARC Metadata search where the experimental metadata from the ARCs from the DataHUBs is listed. Similar to versioning of ARC Metadata, the Investigation files are also versioned to keep track of the evolution of the experiment data. The ISA search provides the following search options.

  #. ARC Title
  #. ARC Description
  #. ARC Name
  #. Submission Date

ISA Parameter Search
--------------------

The parameter search allows users to search the ARCs through the characteristics, components, factors, study and assay parameters values from the ISA data. The parameter search provides an auto-complete feature to help users quickly identify the parameter names.
